Too flouncy
I've seen this skirt in pictures and loved it, but when I received it, I thought it was too flouncy. There are too many pleats so it looks big. It could be very cute, but it wasn't what I was looking for. I also think it ran slighlty big/loose (definitely still wearable). I'm 5'5", 135 lbs and I got a medium.
