great out of the box - then shrinks a whole size after wash
I got a shirt like this from lulus before. it was navy and size xs, and when I hand-washed it it shrunk a lot - so when i saw this shirt i thought i'd be smart by getting a size small to account for the shrinking. however, when i washed this like it said by hand in cold water it still shrunk a whole size. now it's just tight and looks weird around the chest area. it is not at all the nice flowy kind of style like in the picture. disappointing... I've been ordering clothes according to my measurements & 8 times out of 10, they're too big or too small. I've been exchanging to get the size right. This was an exchange & the pants seem like an XXXXL. Not gonna even try the smaller one. With a 30-day return, the customer service not understanding + the USPS leaving in the wrong spot, I'll prob stop ordering much more from Lulus. Sorry.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Laura!
