This dress is beautiful and fit perfectly. I would say it might work best for a C cup or smaller.

Beautiful Tiered Dress
I ordered this dress in the Blue Floral and the Red for my cousin's upcoming wedding. I could not make up my mind on which to order, so of course, I got both. They both are absolutely beautiful and I love the cascading layers and how unique the design is. The bust does run larger in the cups which is not an issue for me as I am a 34 DD and usually have the opposite problem. If you are smaller up top, it may be an issue. As in previous reviews,... Zipper is an issue
This dress looks beautiful on but unfortunately for the SECOND time, the zipper didn't work properly. Cascading Crush Red Tiered Bustier Midi Dress
This dress was perfect for my brother's wedding welcome dinner in Lake Como, Italy! I'm normally a xs or s and got the xs. It fits like a glove! I love how it is fitted up top and how it flows on the bottom. I absolutely love it!

Beware of zipper!
Beautiful dress and flattering fit, however, the zipper is an absolute nightmare! The zipper keeps getting stuck, whether you're zipping up or down, in the same area. Beyond frustrating! Great fit everywhere but chest
I thought the dress looked beautiful and was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the chest cups were too small and did not provide the right coverage. I couldn't go up in size because all other areas would be too big. Definitely recommend for smaller chested women! - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
So flattering and pretty
I wore this dress to a summer formal wedding and got so many compliments! The tiering on the dress was super flattering and the color/pattern was very pretty. No underwiring in the bustier FYI but it was still supportive for me.

Poor
I was so excited to get this dress, but unfortunately the fabric bunched horribly at the top. Cute but not for me
I was hoping I would love this dress but it's not for women without boobs. There was a lot of extra fabric in my chest area I couldn't fill. It also felt wider than I would have liked. I ordered a small and wished I could've tried a XS on before my event. Very cute tho!
