Birthday Dress

Great summer/spring dress
I bought this dress to wear on vacation in Lake Como, Italy because I wanted to look nice but still be comfortable in the hot weather. It was perfect for that purpose. The fluttery sleeves cover my upper arms, which I wanted, but still are loose enough to let the breeze come through. The waist tie gives shape while still feeling loose enough everywhere else.
