Oh Em Gee!
I just received my skirt and OH EM GEE!!!!! I am completely in love with this skirt. It's padded so I won't wear it much when the real heat comes in, but the flow and poofyness (if you will) of the skirt is ADORABLE!!!! If you're small in the waist with hips like I am, it's perfect for you. I'm 5'7' and 180 lbs and I ordered the large.
