THE ZIPPER!!!!
The most beautiful dress. I was full of excitement as I put it on. It appeared that it would fit perfectly until I began to zip it up. I'm convinced whoever designed this dress intended to engage in psychological warfare. I could even get both sides of the zipper to touch, but this zipper will not budge. Truly tragic. I plan to buy a medium if/when it becomes available, but fear that it will not fit either as the proportions of the small were... Read MoreResponse from Lulus.com: Hello Sara. Not for big chested girls
The bodice/cup size was way too small for my XL body. Wish the bodice-cups reflected a bigger size for bigger chested women.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Jennifer, thanks for sharing your feedback! Poor Quality
I'm not sure what's been happening with Lulus lately. I used to be able to count on them for a nice, affordable dress, but lately every time I order, I'm left disappointed. This dress felt and smelled like a costume from Spirit Halloween. It was cheap and uncomfortable. Also, it didn't matter that it was too big bc the zipper wouldn't go up past the seam, so even if I wanted to wear it, I couldn't. I don't think I'll be wasting my time ordering... don't do it
I should have listened to the reviews! The dress is pretty and fits well, but the quality of the zipper is TERRIBLE! It has nothing to do with the fit, I can barely zip it up when I am not even wearing it. Not sure if I am able to keep it due to this flaw, and will likely be returning. Such a bummer that this is such a terrible quality piece :( - Product Rating: 3 of 5 stars
Elegant dress but beware of the zipper
I ordered this dress for a summer destination wedding, and the colors and fabric are very ethereal and flattering, but the zipper is awful! Considering the price of the dress and quality of other items from Lulus, I was very disappointed by the zipper being so difficult and sticking where the seam of the bodice meets the skirt. I was able to get it on for the event (though I was afraid it might break), but I don't know how many more times the... Will dream about this dress
This dress was the dress of my dreams, and I was truly excited when I got it. Unfortunately, my cup size was too big for it and if I get a larger size it won't fit my body. I might have to return it and find another dress. I'm so sad I won't be able to wear it. - Product Rating: 2 of 5 stars
Beautiful, but
Ordered this naively, hoping I wouldn't have the zipper problems that everyone else did, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I was able to get it up, but the length of the dress was too long to be midi on me, and the bust was very tight and not flattering. I bought a corset back and planned to sew it in, but didn't get around to it.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Leslie! We're truly sorry that this dress didn't meet your expectations in person.
