Size up, but very cute

Runs WAY TOO SMALL
I am very disappointed. This runs ridiculously small....it looks like it would be for a teen. I even did a live chat to discuss what size would be best for me based on my measurements and they said small. I wish I had got a size up, now I can't return it because it is a final sale.
