Perfect Mother of Groom dress!

Dress is beautiful
I was super excited to get this dress in the mail but upon opening the dress I was disappointed to see, the dress was ripped and no exchanges or returns were allowed. I tried it on anyway, it's beautiful but, again ripped. Dress would be great otherwise.
