Too short of time for returns
Too short time for returns with no way to appeal. I would have been satisfied with site credit. I had ordered several vendors to select a dress for my informal wedding. The dress was not accurate as the recommended size - too tight. Since I had to wait on other dresses to come in to decide, I went past the 21 day return date with no way to appeal it. Pretty but not the quality I expected
I ordered this dress in an x-small because I saw some reviews that it ran big but I typically wear an x-small or small in Lulus dresses but I couldn't even zip it up.
