    Defective Jacket and Inconsistent Sizing, Very Disappointed

    I'm extremely disappointed with this purchase. I ordered this jacket when it arrived, the lining on the sleeve was already open and coming apart. This is clearly a quality defect and not something that should happen with a brand-new item. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that the item was marked as final sale, which means I'm unable to return or exchange it.     I'm extremely disappointed with this purchase. I ordered this jacket when it arrived, the lining on the sleeve was already open and coming apart. This is clearly a quality defect and not something that should happen with a brand-new item. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that the item was marked as final sale, which means I'm unable to return or exchange it. While I understand final sale policies, they should not apply to items that arrive damaged or defective. Customers should still expect to receive products in proper condition. In addition, I already own the same jacket in a different color in the same size, and it fits perfectly. However, this one is noticeably smaller, which makes the sizing inconsistent as well. Receiving a faulty item and being left with no resolution is unacceptable, and this experience has been frustrating. I hope Lulus will review this situation and consider offering a replacement, store credit, or another form of resolution for defective items - Fariyal S.

    Great little jacket!

    Looks great on! I love the sleeve length and the color of the burgundy. I'm gonna wear it for Valentine's Day, however, just be forewarned that it runs at least one, if not two, sizes smaller.

    Love it but...

    There aren't any pockets. I may return it for this reason. The jacket does run a bit small.

    Cute Jacket

    Spot on!

    I was looking for a new leather jacket that was more fitted and feminine, and I searched everywhere. Everything I found felt kind of boxy, and nothing really stood out... until this one! It's true to size, super flattering, and fits perfectly. Definitely my favorite leather jacket so far.
