Lulus team are lifesavers!
I ordered this dress a few days before our tiny ceremony because I struggle to find a dress that I liked. I ordered the next day shipping and for some reason my dress was not delivered to my house and my wedding was three days away. I called the help desk and spoke with Miriam and she verified with me all the information and it was correct. I checked with my neighbors, they didn't see it. Elegant and perfect
I knew it when I saw it! The fabric is thick, and it's not see through. I was worried about that because I had that problem with other dresses I tried. The stitches are great quality. I'm just going to fix the length of the straps to my size and that's it.

Pleasantly surprised
I have ordered from several online vendors, and Lulu's is the only one that has the best customer service and is true to their word. Have ordered at least 4/5 dresses, and the return process is spot on, easy, and quick for reimbursement. I continue to purchase dresses through this site. Exactly as pictured!
I love a simple and classy look, and this is it! I ordered a XS and Small, and I kept the size Small. I'm typically a Small and can fit into XS from time to time, but in this case, the Small was a better fit. The XS was too tight and made me feel self conscious. Classic, timeless, gorgeous
This dress is *chef's kiss*. So timeless, elegant, classy, beautiful, flattering. My only real issue is that I don't like the spaghetti straps + square neck combo, but if that doesn't bother you, buy this dress! Form fitting and flattering!
Of the four dresses I ordered, this was the only one to fit me perfectly! It is super form-fitting, but stretchy and comfortable. The material is thick and double-layered, which is reassuring.
