Don't ever 'exchange items' and here's why
I'd like to preface that I have purchased four dresses from here over the past few years and have been super satisfied with quality, customer service, and price. I purchased this dress in size medium. When it arrived, I immediately tried it on and was able to fit into it, but decided it was a bit too small, so I hit the 'exchange item' button and ordered a size large for no additional charge, and returned the size medium. 5 days later, I received... MATERIAL LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED
I wanted to love the dress, but I just don't love the majority of the material used for these dresses. This one in particular feels like event linens.
