Runs too big and is poofy

Not For The Big Breasted
I love this dress and it's very comfortable and of great quality. I ended up returning it though because it doesn't hold in my boobs. I'm all for the cleavage but the triangles on the top just didn't work out. The cutouts on the top barely covered my nipples when my boobs were in place or I let them fall beneath that line and it just didn't look right. My bra could be seen from any angle. This fits cut. The top part does run small. It does show a lot of cleavage. It's a cute fun comfortable dress.
