Couldn't wear it
I didn't like the fabric. It is super stiff and hard, not at all flowy as it looks on the picture. It is a lot more shiny than it appears. Cute dress

Does nothing for me
The elastic band might be helpful to some, but for me, it didn't align with the bow tie belt. It looked disheveled, and it didn't stay on my hips so I just looked frumpy. The first ruffle is too bulky and puffy.
