    Cheap, not worth it.

    The charm is super cute but the chain broke the first time I tried to put the necklace on.

    Broke during first wear :(

    It's a beautiful necklace and I was so excited to wear it, but during my first night with it on, it broke. Just slipped off my neck in the middle of dinner and when I tried to put it back on, I saw realized the chain was broken in the same way the other review reported it arrived broken. Really disappointing quality!

    Received Broken

    Well, I have no clue how to submit any claims on this site. But I received the item broken. The clasp was unattached from the necklace. I was going to wear this to a very near and dear funeral for my mother. Sad it came broken.
