Runs small on chest

Who fits into this?!
This dress was very pretty and the material felt nice, but I legitimately don't know how anyone that is bigger than an A cup fits into this. Excited to wear!

Runs small

Major dissapointment in quality and fit
I really would have liked the overall design of this dress, however, it's not for tall girls with a bit of curves. I wear a size 12, ordered an XL and it's too short in length. Because of the placement of the bottom ruffle, this dress will stick out at the backside (like a duck's tail). Dress fits perfectly, except in the bust area
I wear a medium in all dresses, including the ones I've purchased from Lulus. The dress is absolutely beautiful and fits me perfectly, except the neckline is too low cut and doesn't cover my chest!
