ouch
I bought these half a size smaller than what I usually wear in shoes as I feel heels tend to run slightly big sometimes, but these shoes were much to large even then. I also thought the heel part where the strap connects was taller than average, and it rubbed my skin more than other heels I own of this same style. - Product Rating: 2 of 5 stars
I wish the heel has smaller

Cute but uncomfortable
I ordered these because I've been searching for the right pair of block heels. I liked the material on the outside instead of the suede I've seen on a lot of block heels. They were really cute but they were extremely uncomfortable. There's no support at the ball of your foot for the height of the block heel. Weird heel

Painful ankle piece
I am all for suffering through an uncomfortable shoe if it's really cute; however, this is a no. The fit is true to size and the shoe arch/heel are fine, but the back of the shoe digs into the back of your ankle and is WILDLY uncomfortable. Bordering on painful.
