Faulty dress
The zipper came broken and I could not zip it up or unzip it while trying on.
Response from Lulus.com: Hey Molly! Thank you for your review. We are so sorry to hear that the zipper broke when you received it. This is not typical for lulus and we want to make this right. We will be reaching out to you via email soon. xo - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
Obsessed
Such a fun, flattering, lightweight dress for a summer wedding. I have a small bust and I liked that the bust area was tight on my smaller chest. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
Great dress for a great price!
I love the color of the dress, the length, and the fit. In Additio,n I was impressed by how fast I got my order from Lulus and how easy it was to return the other dresses. To add to that the communication was flawless from start to finish and the refund was given very fast for the returned items. Very happy with Lulu's and their customer service! - Product Rating: 2 of 5 stars
Pretty dress
Beautiful dress! The strap had issues as it was sewn backwards. The material in the bust broke apart. So while I love the dress it was not quality made.Response from Lulus.com: Hi, Lisa! Thank you so much for your feedback on this dress. We are truly sorry that this happened! We will be reaching out to you via email shortly to make this right. Talk soon! xo
