Still Waiting on Refund - Beware of Lulus Purchases
I purchased several items to try for my bachelorette party. I returned most of the items in the order because I did not like the fit. I only received partial refunds and sent emails to customer service in order to follow up with no response. The clothes always look cute in photos online, but I will avoid purchases from Lulus moving forward.
