Love everything about this dress

Cute but Mediocore
Most of my rating was influenced by Lulu's general customer service. The item had my correct address but I received emails 3-4 days in a row saying the delivery had been attempted but it absolutely had not. Their customer service was unhelpful as well. When I finally got the delivery the dress arrived with stains on it. There were patches of the dress with yellowish stains on the front and back. The quality was poor and parts of the threading...
