Poorly made, not as pictured
The floral tulle is absolutely gorgeous, however the dress itself is poorly constructed and is not as pictured. The skirt of the dress has 2 layers of tulle--a navy petticoat and the floral overlay. In my opinion, there's too much yardage of gathered tulle (where the skirt and bodice are attached--there's just too much fabric), resulting in at least twice as much poofiness as pictured.
