It's a sad no
It's so cute in the picture but was not flattering on me. The pockets hit at widest part of my stomach and make me look bulkier. It wasn't too small, just bulky. Would return if I had better time management skills. Now giving away. I dunno what body type this is going to flatter. Great Purchase!
I don't usually buy dresses with short sleeves, but I'm glad I bought this one! It is a little roomy at the bust, but it fits perfectly everywhere else. I would not change the size. I'm usually a Size 0 or a 2 Petite. Super soft inside. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars

Cute! But, small.
It's really cute and very soft. The fabric has a little stretch, which I did not expect. I'm returning because it's too small. It's very short for me, and I could not zip it over my chest. I ordered it in a L because it's so cute.
