Bad return policy
I loved shopping at Lulus before needing to return a dress. For an online company, it needs to be better. They opted in to giving me store credit vs actual money back. When I emailed to resolve this they wanted me to go to UPS to prove the drop off date. I've never seen something from a company. Highly recommend shopping somewhere like revolve or princess polly.
