A Dream
Wore this to a wedding. It's so beautiful and flattering. The detail of the layers and velvet material work so well without it feeling like too much. The slit detail also hits just right, where it's not too high. It flows beautifully when walking. I'm 5'5 and wore 3in heels - no hemming needed. I'm a 34c and didn't need to wear a strapless bra - If so, I would have needed to size up to a Small for room to wear a padded bra. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
Got so many compliments this night!
I wore this dress to a friends wedding last night and I received so many compliments the entire night! It is so soft and the perfect length to wear with a short heel! It was a bit snug around my chest area, however because of the tightness I did not have to wear a bra and the dress kept everything together and pushed up! - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
the perfect fall look
This dress got so many compliments! It was so comfortable the entire day and the perfect fall dress for an October wedding! I'm wearing 1 inch heels in the photo.

Perfect!

Manufacturing Problem
Overall, after reading other reviews, it was suggested to me to buy a size up--which I did. This suggestion worked! But when the dress came one of the darts on the right chest was sewn in completely wrong resulting in fabric sticking WAY out on the chest. I like the dress itself but have to pay an arm and a leg for a seamstress to alter it. Being 5' 4", the dress is a tiny bit too long but heels make it doable.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Abigail, we are so sorry that you received this sewn incorrectly! Perfect for winter wedding

Fall formal
I wore this dress to a wedding and felt wonderful in it. The layers are really flattering. The length was also perfect with heels (I'm 5'6").

Loved this dress!
This dress was perfect for a black-tie optional wedding. The material is thick and feels nice - I got a small and it fit true to size. The straps are adjustable which was perfect for me, I have a pretty short torso and always have to alter straps. - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars
Gorgeous Dress, Not Super Well Made
Wore this to a black tie wedding and got SO many compliments. It was a good length for short block heels, doesnt touch the ground, if you're taller than 5'8 and wang to wear heels I suggest something short. I probably should have sized up (I got an XS) as it was super tight around my bust but it fit perfectly everywhere else, if I had sized up it may have been too loose around the stomach area as the only struggle was really my chest.
