Its ok

Loose on top and snug on the bottom
5'1" 129 lbs -bra size 34 D -hips 38 ins -waist 26 ins I bought a size small. The skirt fits a bit snug on my hips and ends right below my knee. The top was loose fitting especially at my upper waist. Maybe this is true to size so the fit can be due to my body proportions. Wish I could have bought an XS for the top and a medium for the bottom. But still I was able to make it work and got a lot of compliments on the outfit.
