Flowy!
Beautiful dress and extremely light but still formal. I would advise that you let it hang for a couple of days so that the frills on the shoulders have time to relax and don't stand awkwardly.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
Bought a lot of dresses lost all my clothes in the Lahaina fire, and can truly say every dress was a perfect fit. Love, love, love this dress. It is sexy and just beautiful. Love the color and the material feels great. Love the length. I have been buying clothes from Lulus for a long time and have never been disappointed. Shipped fast too. Thank you, Lulus, for making it so easy to shop.
