I wore this for my birthday dinner last summer. The dress fit perfectly. I can't remember if I wore flats or heels but I do remember the dress working with both, so the length was appropriate. The slit up the leg reveals a little skin, and I had a small amount of cleavage, but I didn't feel like this dress was too revealing or anything.
