Poorly Built
Bought this for Vegas but cannot wear. SEXY SEXY
Bought with the special, "Buy 3 get one free." Yes, it was free. Very sexy and classy. Dress it up or down. Leather or jeans especially. The top tulle. Kept flaring up like a tutu around my waist. I'm not complaining because I got it free and I actually like it. So, I'm going to tack down the top tulle to the lower tulle with black jewels scattered. Sounds like a lot I know... Flattering & fun!
I wore this for a rock and roll charitable concert and loved it. I got so many compliments and felt really good in it. You can't wear a bra with it, but I used tape and it worked well.
