Gorgeous!
I purchased this dress for an upscale witches luncheon. I feel that it is true to size as I usually wear a medium. The dots are mixed metallic colors, even prettier in person.

Felt and looked like a Halloween costume
The dress was a disappointment. It arrived totally disheveled and the fabric was so finicky that it would not lay into place. It looked and felt really cheap and costume-y.
