Cute online, not so much in person
I had high hopes for this dress but unfortunately, it did not look good in person. The dress's tulle came really rumpled out of the package and it looks like some kind of black Halloween witch costume instead of a nice dress. Bummed, but I will be sending it back...Response from Lulus.com:
