Black Tie in April
Dress ran a bit small so I sized up. It fit great. I was able to wash and iron with no issues. Danced the night away while feeling confident and sexy.

Slit is too high
I ended up returning this dress. The color and fabric were beautiful, but the slit was way too high. It looks high in the photo, but when I walked you could literally see things you shouldn't be able to. I didn't feel comfortable in it at all.Response from Lulus.com: Hi, Emily! Blue Satin Dress
I really liked the color of this dress. The XL fit on top, but it was 4-5 inches too loose in the hips. Seems built for pear shapes.

Wide hips and thighs steer clear
I got this to wear to my anniversary dinner. There were loose threads hanging in multiple areas (including the slit). Also, if you have wide hips and thicker thighs, this dress might not be it. The top-down to the waist fit perfectly, but the hips and thighs were tight with ZERO give and almost seemed to become more narrow. The straps are adjustable which is nice. But even sizing up for the hips would then not fit as snugly in the bust. So... Read More

Love but frustrated with quality
I love this dress, it fits great and I was so excited when I tried it on. I originally exchanged for a M from a S (for a slightly looser fit), but then had to exchange the M for another when the strap was sewn on backward. The replacement had the same issue. I love this dress. It fits perfectly and the material is of great quality. I bought this for a night in Paris and received so many compliments. Definitely get this dress!
