Very small in the bust

Loose in the Bust
The dress is cute! It was a little shorter than I expected it to be, especially since I am only 5'4, but it's ok. The biggest issue I had is that it is loose in the bust area and because of that there is extra fabric causing the dress to bunch in my best area. I am a 36C/34D so this rarely ever happens.
