Definitely runs at least half a size small! I usually wear 7 or 7.5 in sandals and I got an 8 and they fit perfectly. After waiting for them to be restocked, I purchased these sandals last summer in the nude color (size 7, TTS). When they arrived, I was impressed with the quality, fit, and style.
