Perfect Dress up or Dress down dress

Love this dress! Fits perfectly on my tiny waist and bubble butt - looks so good! I originally got a small but it was a little tight up top (I'm only a B) so I went up to a Medium and it was great. I'm 5'3" and it isn't too long with flats
