Perfect Birthday dress

Disappointed

Runs small
This would be great for someone who doesn't have curves. There's no stretch in the fabric so even sizing up was still tight. It fit but had no stretch to move.Response from Lulus.com: Hi, Hannah! Couldnt get it over my [bottom]
This dress likely would have fit like a glove. I was able to get it over [my bust] (38F) but could not fit the bottom half of the dress at all over my hips or [bottom]. I tried super hard and yep, nothing. I stood there with my top bathed in sequins and my bare [bottom] hanging out.
