    Shipping and customer service are very bad!!!!

    I ordered these shoes for a special event and selected overnight shipping. I did not receive my item until a week later. Customer service did not try to accommodate me in any way nor did they give me my $25 overnight shipping cost back. Items were ordered on April 21 to be delivered by April 22/23 but did not even say that they shipped until Monday, April 25, and delivered on April 28.     Lovely

    They are soooo comfortable. I don't know how to keep the string from falling so for now I will tie it under the heel towards the ankle. Overall it was just what I needed.

    Very cute, a little snug

    I loved the look of these shoes but they were definitely off by the end of the night. Plastic is always a little hard to work with around the toes. Beauty is pain?

    I love these!

    They're subtle but so pretty. I liked the block heels because they were a little easier to walk in at a backyard wedding reception.

    Beautiful and comfortable for a 4 inch heel!

    I really love the look of these shoes, and I found them quite comfortable considering the tall heel height. They had a good grip with no worries of slipping. The ties are difficult at first. I spent an hour trying to decide how to tie them, but once I got it they were great and secure! Really happy with these.
