    Shipping and customer service are very bad!!!!

    I ordered these shoes for a special event and selected overnight shipping. I did not receive my item until a week later. Customer service did not try to accommodate me in any way nor did they give me my $25 overnight shipping cost back. Items were ordered on April 21 to be delivered by April 22/23 but did not even say that they shipped until Monday, April 25, and delivered on April 28.     Lovely

    They are soooo comfortable. I don't know how to keep the string from falling so for now I will tie it under the heel towards the ankle. Overall it was just what I needed.
