Excellent Customer Service
This dress is absolutely beautiful. I ordered a small initially, was not able to get it zipped. I have a wide rib cage area. Exchanged for a medium and it is a little big up top, but I can alter it with no problems. The material is soft and looks elegant but simple. The customer service with Lulus was excellent via email. Smooth and sexy

Amazing but order a size up!
I listened to all of the other reviews and ordered a full size up and it fit perfectly! I and normally a size 10/L and I ordered the XL. Also I didn't have to wear a bra bc it supported the girls well, love that bc I hate strapless bras. Also, I saw other reviews about issues with the zipper but I had no problems! It was not too short either and I am 5'10"!
