    Timeless elegance

    This is a beautiful, beautiful design. I bought this for a Casablanca-themed party that I hosted, and then bought it in real and green so I can have it for every formal occasion no matter the season. I ordered L and XL, and while L technically fits, I prefer the draped look and feel of the XL obscures my tummy a little better.     Gorgeous!

    I bought two sizes, but stuck with the Large. This dress was simply amazing. I will say that I had to sew up the top of the seam above the zipper because it came loose. So I took one star off. So be careful with it!

    Disappointed

    I usually love shopping at Lulus, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I have never had issues with dresses fitting my hips before, but the fit of this dress was genuinely shocking. It was unbelievably tight and completely disproportionate compared to the rest of the sizing. It didn't feel like a normal sizing variation; it felt poorly constructed.     Personal opinion

    I really loved the dress; the length was great with 4-inch heels. I just didn't like the way it bunched up in the midsection, just my personal opinion. Also, the zip at the end stuck out. I ordered an XS

    This is a Beautiful Dress

    It fits great everywhere except it is way too long for my height. I needed to hem it up about 4 inches, but the rests fits beautifully. I do wish the dress length would better accommodate more typical heights, but the dress is a beautiful color and the upper half fits beautifully.

    Beautiful, flattering dress, perfect for tall girls!

    I wore the Captivating Presence Wine Red Satin Cowl Back Maxi Dress as the maid of honor in a wedding, and it was stunning. The color and fit were beautiful, and the satin fabric felt soft, not too thin, though I wished it were a bit thicker.     I wore the Captivating Presence Wine Red Satin Cowl Back Maxi Dress as the maid of honor in a wedding, and it was stunning. The color and fit were beautiful, and the satin fabric felt soft, not too thin, though I wished it were a bit thicker. At 5'11, I was thrilled by the length; it reached the floor even with 1¾-inch heels, which rarely happens for me! Wrinkles were tricky, but Lulus customer service was wonderful. Using their tips (and a pressing cloth with medium-high heat, inside out), the wrinkles came out perfectly and stayed out all night. If you wear shapewear, I recommend Spanx's low-back option. It worked great under this dress and didn't show. My only complaint is that the fabric shows moisture easily, so sweat or tears can leave spots until dry. Overall, this dress is gorgeous, comfortable, and very flattering. I received so many compliments and would absolutely buy it again, especially at this price point! - Bonnie S.

    Effortless Elegance

    Got this for a work gala and felt gorgeous in it! It was a little long for my height, but the side ruching allowed me to use a broach pin to pull the dress slightly shorter without having to sew the hem. Can't wait to wear this again!

    Back is lower than expected

    This dress was very comfortable, but the back was lower than expected for my event. I chose to return it. I got a small I had some room. There was not a lot of structure. I love silk, but it wrinkles easily. It's very pretty, I just didn't feel it was appropriate for my event.
