Gorg!
I love this dress. The colors were deep and looked really well on me. I wore as a guest to a wedding that my husband was a groomsman in. I had many compliments on this dress even-from the bride, however, I will say that the reviews mentioning the cowl neck being too loose are accurate. I thought some dress tape would help, but it didn't. I did have to spend most of the night standing and dancing as straight as possible and not bending over so... I was so close to keeping this BUT
This material with the pattern is 10/10. It's beautiful; however, the cowl neck with satin material just doesn't sit right. I was tempted to keep it and alter it to a square neck, but given the price, it's not worth spending more when it should already be great. Beware small busted ladies
The dress was A+ and a big compliment receiver at the wedding I attended (dress code Sunday best garden party, outdoors). It fit my body perfectly *except* for the bust. If your body is similar to mine where you carry more weight in your belly and less in your chest, I would definitely consider a different dress or giving yourself enough time to have the bust taken in (not sure if possible with the material). Perfect wedding guest dress!
Love the fit of this dress! Ever so slightly loose around the waist and hips so there's room to breathe, and I don't need shapewear underneath! The fabric is so silky, perfect for a warm weather wedding. I have an A cup and don't need a bra, but do need some tape so the cowl doesn't gape open if I bend down. Beautiful dress, a little too big at the bust
I love the green on me and the gold flowers are lovely on it. The fabric feels nice, I just wish it were a little stronger/thicker. My main issue is the bust area. I ordered a small, I am a 32DD. I wish I got an XS so that the bust area wouldn't fit so loosely in me. But I might get that fixed at the tailor. Beautiful Fall Dress
I wore this as a guest at a fall wedding and got a lot of compliments. It looked great and was comfortable. The fabric was substantial enough to withstand an outdoor ceremony in the 50s, but not so substantial that it felt heavy during the dance party. Wore this for a destination wedding and it was great!! I'd say it fits true to size. Tightened the straps a bit more after the pictures, but it was a great length, tight but not uncomfortable. Had some trouble getting the top to lay flat, but with some ironing, it would have been fine.
