Poor customer service - and website is seriously flawed.
Tried to cancel this order less than an hour after making it, and none of the instructions for canceling were functioning. Sent them multiple emails -again within hours and no one replied, except to get a note the next morning it had shipped. As for the sweater - won't likely wear it, cheaper material and hangs on you - knot is too wide.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Kathy! We are so sorry to hear that this happened. Pretty cute but thin
Cute sweater but super thin and not warm at all, despite being a long sleeve. A bit too cropped for the office but can pair with high waisted pants
