Dress was too small on the bust

Not what I was expecting
Super tight around waist/under bust area but way too loose and baggy everywhere else. Fabric felt cheap. Not the quality I was expecting. Sizing needs improvement.
It fit me just fine in the bust, but it was way too long and the waist was way too small. I couldn't even zip it up fully. Elegant
The dress is absolutely beautiful. The colors are vibrant and very flattering. I ordered both a Large and an XL due to time constraints. Unfortunately, the zipper on the Large wouldn't go up, so I returned that one. Shipping was fast, and the return was processed quickly, though a return fee was deducted.
