Too big

Fits great and material is slightly stretchy
I bought this for graduation and was inspired by the bridgerton style puff sleeves. It fit great and has a slight stretch so it wears comfortably.

Disappointed
Super itchy and uncomfortable. Very disappointed because I've ordered from Lulus before and been happy. The 21 day return policy is a quick turn around.
