Very Bad Lulus Experience
I am not happy with the process of this purchase. I bought this dress several weeks ago. Then I was told that the package was shipped back to the manufacturer (which was out of my control). Then, I had to call Lulus back to get them to ship my package again (which I was on hold for 25 minutes to get MY package shipped back to me, to fix a problem that I didn't cause).
