Puffy and loose through chest area

Vacation? Yes, please!
I bought this for an upcoming vacation . So flattering! So comfortable. You want this if you are going on a cruise or anywhere tropical. Also great for a date night! - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars
Lots of volume
Love the dress but the straps are just a little too long for my shorter torso and they aren't adjustable. I can see why other reviewers mentioned the fabric but it's a crisp cotton poplin and there's a LOT of volume in the skirt so it's going to rustle and make a crinkle noise bc crisp cotton poplins will do that. Rough fabric does not flow
The fabric is a heavy poplin that does not flow, is almost as rough as paper; maybe after wash would be different but don't want to risk it since the color is an orange red that does not flatter my skin tone.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Norma, thank you for sharing your feedback with us!
