    Gorgeous but flimsy

    I bought this dress for my stepdaughter for her graduation. It looked lovely until the zipper split open in the middle of graduation lunch. The only reason it gets 3 stars instead of 1 is because the customer service was stellar. They contacted me back immediately with multiple options for how to remedy the situation and took care of it right away. I would still avoid this dress though.

    What you see is not what you get!

    The color from the photos DO NOT match with the dress that I got. It also runs small and the fabric lifts up in the back from the zipper. Disappointed because I really liked how it looked online..

    Pretty but returned

    This is pretty but it doesn't look like the photo as much. The material I just didn't care for. It's chiffon and it didn't look good on me. So unfortunately I had to return it.

    Unhappy with quality and color for cost. Beware of sizing

    This was so cheaply made and came in a wrinkled mess! Color does not match the photos as well!! The zipper seemed like it might break and did snag when I tried it on. Wasn't impressed with quality for the price so I returned. Unhappy with this and disappointed for the price. I've bought other stuff from Lulus and this has never been an issue.     My zipper broke :(

    I loved this dress! It fit perfect, however, at the Beginning of my event my zipper broke!! All the way down to the bottom :( it was the first time wearing the dress and it happened! :(

    Not like the picture

    A lot different than what I was expecting, the colors were very unflattering on me. It's very green and not nearly as muted as the pictures. Really bad lol
