Runs small

Sizing issues!!
I originally ordered a small in this dress after seeing all the reviews. I normally wear an xs in lulus dresses. The small was far too big in the bust. I exchanged for an xs. It fits beautifully in the bust area, but WAY too small around the hips with NO stretch.
