Wanted to love it

Was hopeful but very ill fitting
Bought this dress for a winter wedding but when it came in, it was very very large and the chest areas stitching was not nearly as pictured- it was looser and curved to one side. Lovely in blue

No tailor would touch this dress
I bought this dress hoping I could wear it for my brother's wedding. The wedding is in 2 weeks and no tailor would touch it to hem/alter it! They said this type of dress are a pain to alter and not worth the time. I'm not sure what to do. I'm 5'0 short; it was very long and the shoulders were huge on me. Please help!
