Order according to the measurement chart!
Very cute dress. I ordered a size down as I had read someone else saying it fit large. Not true. Ordering a size down made it tight like a glove. It still fits as the material is stretchy, however, I like a bit of room like the photo shows. The dress is quite short. I am 5'5" and I measured it to sit about 7.5" above my knee. It looks to be well-made and good quality. The fabric is a nice weight. Sadly, I will have to return this.

Enticing Behavior Cobalt Blue Ruffled One-Shoulder Mini Dress
Nice dress. I just didn't like how it fit. It was very big and not my style.
