Too Big
I was so excited about this dress, but it is huge on me. There is a lot of fabric so it feels like it weighed me down a bit. I think if I had a darker skin tone, I would look a little better, I think it just washed me out. I returned this dress, but am not planning to order it in a different size because it was not flattering on me.

Better in Person!

Classic Lulu's Zipper Issue
I bought this dress for a wedding that I'm a bridesmaid in, and although it should have definitely zipped up (see photo), the zipper would not go past the seam at the waist. For those of us who shop regularly on Lulus, this is a familiar issue. Not every dress will be like this, but mine was. Nice quality!
I liked that it wasn't a single piece of fabric, it feels well made. At the same time, it isn't heavy, I plan to wear it for a summer wedding and didn't want to sweat through it. I did a few alterations to hem and tighten under the armpit. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars

Awkward Fit
Wanted to love this dress, but it's an awkward fit. It fits like an empire waist dress with no shape from under your bust down and just kind of hangs. Sized up to fit pregnant belly
I simply love this dress; the fabric is lightweight and beautifully patterned, the split is present but not too obvious. I loved it even more because I was wearing it at 28 weeks pregnant and felt very pretty in it, which is hard to do in so many dresses (why do they take away so much coolness/sexiness in maternity clothes??) Loved the Length
At 5'10, I didn't trust it would be long enough for heels, but I should have! I'm in flats in these photos. The underbust has NO give or stretch so size accordingly. I might've been more comfortable in an XXL instead. It desperately needs pockets. The zipper DOES feel a bit weak, and I was a little nervous that one wrong move would bust open the back, but it held up all day.
